Planning Your Visit

  • Due to the presence of a stairs to access our clinic, the clinic is not wheelchair-accessible at the moment. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will be happy to discuss alternative arrangements with you.

  • There is paid street parking outside the clinic.

  • You can complete the online enquiry form or email me directly (hello@appsychology.com.au) and I will get back to you within 3 business days.

    If you are an existing client, you may book further appointments here.

  • Yes — babies are very welcome in the therapy room. We can work flexibly with little ones present and can continue our work while you feed or settle your baby/s.

    However, please note that the clinic is up a short flight of stairs and is not pram-accessible.

  • Yes. Sessions can be held via telehealth (phone or secure video) if you’re unable to attend in person. Many people find online sessions convenient and just as helpful as face-to-face therapy. Telehealth is also a great option if you live further away.

    If you have a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP), Medicare rebates apply to telehealth sessions in the same way as in-person appointments.
